- First, check if there is an issue with the router. Reset the router if required. Find the Reset button available at the backside of the router.
- Press it for a few seconds and wait until the reset procedure is over.
- Verify the connection status of your Roku device with the network.
- Access the Settings menu and select the Network option.
- Press the About option. The status will be displayed there.
- If it is indicated as Connected, then the problem is the Roku device.
- If you have connected the Roku device to the router via an Ethernet cable, then check if you have attached it firmly.
- Replace the Ethernet cable you have connected it with a new one if the old one is damaged.
- Check if you have connected your Roku device to the correct wireless network. Also, verify if you have specified the correct credentials to connect.
